Power outages can occur at any time of the year – we recommend always having a power outage plan and keeping it up to date.
If the power goes out, first check whether your neighbours are also without power.
If only your home is affected, check your fuse board or safety switch. If your whole street is affected, report the outage so we can send a crew.
